1. About Bankai TV

Bankai TV is a free anime streaming and tracking platform. You can browse titles, build a personal watchlist, track watch history, write reviews, and interact with fellow anime viewers.

Video streams are provided through third-party embed providers. Bankai TV itself does not host, upload, or own any video content. Anime metadata including titles, cover art, banners, descriptions, and genre tags is fetched from AniList's public GraphQL API.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bankai TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Bankai TV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an account requires a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Passwords are salted and cryptographically hashed using bcrypt. Neither Bankai TV developers nor database operators can retrieve your plaintext password.

4. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

Bankai TV is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and tracking. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, commercial redistribution, mass scraping, or denial-of-service disruptions.

You agree not to post comments or reviews that are defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringe on any third party's legal rights. We reserve the right to remove offensive content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Streaming & Third-Party Content

Episode streams are embedded from independent external video hosting servers (including ZokoAnime and AniLink). Bankai TV does not control, host, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external hosts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bankai TV is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that video streams will always remain available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bankai TV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the platform.
